Red Riding Hood Rescue Project - a wolfdog rescue is an amazing place in Middletown OH. This is a piece I did featuring their wolfdog LAVA who has sadly passed away. She is running wild now.
A percentage of the proceeds from the sale of this piece will go to RRHWP. See below. Lava and Luna, original colored pencil using my references.

arghhhhh

Dilbert is not a serious dog. Unfortunately, his situation is.

His owner was tragically killed, and no one was able to take him in. That is how a one year old, 73 pound dog named Dilbert ended up at the shelter.

He has lived with another dog, and we are still getting to know him. So far, he is happy, derpy and carrying around 73 pounds with very little dignity.

He needs a home, and frankly, this much Dilbert should not be going to waste.

A quick peek. This is when I shelve a piece and wait for my artist blindness to subside.Later I will touch up and correct flaws. unfortunately my camera doesn't pick up the reflection from the gold leaf applied very minimally to the p**p.
