🚨 KFC, DO YOU WANT OUR MONEY BUT NOT WANT TO PROVIDE SERVICE? 🍗🤔
Since when has walking into a restaurant to order food become a problem? Some KFC restaurants seem to prefer that customers order through the drive-thru instead of being served inside the restaurant.
But ordering is exactly the same thing! 🙄
The person at the counter and the person at the drive-thru window do practically the same job: take an order, accept payment, and hand over the food. So, what's the difference?
If a customer walks into a restaurant, it's because they expect to receive service. Not everyone wants to sit in their car, especially when they want to eat inside, have mobility difficulties, or simply prefer ordering in person.
đź’° You want our money, but you don't want to provide service?
Customers don't just pay for food; we also expect customer service, convenience, and respect. If a company wants our money, the least it can do is treat us like customers.
KFC, are you making service more efficient, or are you simply refusing to serve your customers?
