My darkest moments are always when people have the wrong impression or expectations of me.

As I'm learning to trust my strenghts, I got very comfortable with being uncomfortable. You have to, if you want to facilitate people. People often reflect their insecurities and as a Human Design Reflector... ehm...

What pushes me out of my uncomfortable comfortzone the most, is when people have the wrong expectations of who I am. Or what I am.
What my experience has shown me, is that I am a swinging bridge that brings people and projects together. I think about who needs who to succeed. I don't care for myself in that question, for I know I get all the satisfaction once I connect another dot. That is my mission.

Adjusting expectations is like adjusting the rudder of a ship, it takes a moment to take effect.
I adjusted my rudder to come back from a long journey through troubled water, to go on another one, this time with more clear expectations of my destination, even though the water might still not agree.
