Way to go, Cody!!

🌟When tenor Cody Ryan Arthur took 3rd Place at our Second Annual National Oratorio Competition, he captivated the room from his very first note.

Since the competition, Cody’s career has skyrocketed. He recently performed Britten’s Saint Nicolas with Saint Thomas' Episcopal School and sang in Vivaldi’s Voices with Mercury Chamber Orchestra.

Next up, he’s taking on Bach’s Coffee Cantata with Point of Departure: Houston's Classical Music Variety Show, Britten’s The Turn of the Screw with Hopera HTX, Bach Society Houston's Oktoberfest Vespers, and competing as a finalist in Bach Choir of Bethlehem's Biennial Bach Vocal Competition!

Our mission is to launch the careers of exceptional, unmanaged singers. Cody did it—and you could be next!

Proud teacher alert! These two amazing humans, DMA students Emily DeMerchant and Mandie McIlravy came to Germany to study this summer. They did such wonderful work and really grew! I can’t wait to see them this fall at the University of Memphis! Look out Tigers!

Now that I’ve slept, I need to thank IPAI Bavaria for an amazing 2026 session. I am so proud to be on faculty with such amazing people and our students this year were wonderful. We work really hard, but everything is easier in gorgeous Bavaria! Can’t wait to some back next July! Join me!! ❤️🇩🇪

When soprano Elisse Albian swept Bach's National Oratorio Competition, winning both First Place and the Audience Choice Award, we knew they were destined for big things.

Since their performance at Knowles Memorial Chapel, Elisse’s career has skyrocketed. They are currently touring with the acclaimed Santa Fe Desert Chorale, with an upcoming soloist lineup that includes Handel’s Messiah with Trinity Church NYC and Bach’s St. John Passion with the American Classical Orchestra.
