I started doing sidewalk chalk art with my kids a couple years ago. Just basically doodling little things. As they got a little older they would have specific requests for characters or animals. With the weather being so unpredictable recently and the rain washing away any chalk drawings I have done nearly right away, I decided to stay inside and paint instead. 😊

This sparkly magical unicorn is acrylic paint on a 10x20 canvas 😊. I'll post the final picture in comments.

The answer to my previous post....JASMINE!

I grew up with the original Aladdin but thought the live action version that came out a couple years ago was really good. Always fun to see favorite characters come to life and the music brought me back to when I was a kid. 😊 Of course I was singing along 😆

About me

For as long as I can remember I have loved art and being creative. From doing crafts with my mom at home as a young toddler to art being my favorite subject throughout school growing up, to designing wreaths, paintings, pictures, clothes etc for my homes and family as an adult and parent. Over the years I found different ways to keep up the creativity as much as possible while having a full time job that unfortunately always took up much of my time. Since becoming a full-time stay at home mom 4 years ago, I have been able to focus a little more on what I love...especially as the kids have gotten older and love to create with me! I never expected to discover this love of chalk art, but the more I played around the more I saw how much I enjoyed doing this and saw how much happiness it can bring to others as well.

I would love to be able to create something at your home or business to celebrate a special day for you or your family - birthdays, graduations, baby showers, or even a special "just because" kind of drawing. Check out my picture galleries. I have a wide array of characters I am able to do...and I am always willing to try something new! Send me a message and we can brainstorm ideas and come up with the perfect design to add to the special day! =)
