Oak View AFH Corp. , centrally located between Cumberland and Shell Lake WI, about 25 miles from Rice Lake WI, and 15 miles from Spooner WI, is now seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers who are committed to providing quality care to clients with varying degrees of developmental disabilities in a home like environment.
Caregiver job duties include cooking, cleaning, some activities and outings, helping them with activities of daily living, etc. We have three 12 hour am shifts (7am-7pm), available and 2 noc shifts (7pm-7am) available. Example of schedule: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun, Wed, Thurs. We offer 18.00 per hour to start, 18.50 per hour after six months of employment and increases to 19 dollars per hour after one year of employment, with opportunity to raise to 19.50. Five dollar an hour bonus for shifts picked up resulting in overtime (in addition to overtime pay of 1.5). Double time is paid for holidays worked, simple IRA with company match offered after 90 days, paid vacation offered to full time caregivers after 1 year. We offer up to $200 monthly credit toward existing health insurance. Uniforms are provided. Will train the right candidates. No caregiver experience necessary.
