❔What catches your eye?
“I’ve always been an explorer at heart: color, texture, materials and architecture. I love thinking about the way things are put together and how people live with them. I am endlessly curious. Travel with me and let’s discover a tucked away corner of town.”
❔How does inspiration become design?
“I rarely return from a journey wanting to replicate something I’ve seen. Instead, I take fragments, color combinations, tiny details, and bring them into something new.”

❔What’s on your desk?
“Magazines like the new issue of Cabana Magazine take me inside homes, studios and new creative communities around the world: I soak up generations of craftsmanship, materials indigenous to a place, old architecture and the stories these designers create.”
❔What’s inspiring you outside the office?
“Travel! This season and in every season of my life, really. I’m headed to the English countryside this fall and am visiting deVOL Kitchens Cotes Mills location. I’m excited about everything surrounding the visit: the landscape, gardens, materials, and the wonderfully layered character of English interiors.”
❔What are you hoping to bring back?
“Knowledge! Inspiration - I can’t wait to experience the DeVol cabinetry and craftsmanship in the place where it’s created.”
