6-SUNDAYS this fall, join us for modern ballet, open level. This class is Open to adults and teens looking to learn, improve, brush up on their ballet technique…to non classical music. Willow will lead you through a classic ballet class, combining modern dance technique into the flow, letting you feel the connections between the two forms. Great for leg strength, flexibility, and mobility!!

COMOTION
A dance class that engages both child and their adults in exploration of movement and rhythm through music, props and community. Come dance together and discover new ways to connect with one another through playful and imaginative movement that supports social, cognitive, and physical development. This class is appropriate for infants through pre-schoolers and their parents, grandparents, or caretakers.

Classes begin Sept 4th
Fridays 9:30-10am
Saturdays 8:45-9:15am
