Barnesville Pumpkin Festival Always the last full weekend in September! September 24-27, 2026! There is plenty to see and do and, best of all, admission is free.

Always held during the last full weekend in September, the Festival includes four days of fun-filled contests, entertainment, tastes, sights and sounds. Both adults and children will enjoy harvest-inspired arts and crafts, home-style foods, entertainment on two stages, a giant weigh-in of champion pumpkins, lots of fun contests and the Giant Pumpkin Festival Parade on Saturday.

The deadline for the 2026 Barnesville Pumpkin Festival Pageant is Friday, September 4, 2026!

What does this mean?
- All Paperwork must be completed and submitted using the online form
- Talent Music must be cut to the correct length and submitted using the online form
- Payment must be MAILED and RECEIVED by 11:59pm on Friday, September 4, 2026 - There will be no drop off opportunities so please plan accordingly!

The Barnesville Pumpkin Festival Committee is officially back at the table 🎃 and yes… the pumpkins are already whispering their ideas 👀

Plans for 2026 are underway, and while we can’t spill everything just yet… let’s just say a few new surprises may be marching in (and no, it’s not just bigger pumpkins… but that would be AWESOME).✨
