Tomorrow 6/24, Mojo Birds!!

The brassicas and hardy veggies are absolutely thriving with all this moisture. This week, fresh beets are making their way out of the garden, and sweet pea season is just around the corner. Dora’s new beet salad is everything we love this time of year-vibrant, garden-fresh, and bursting with flavor.

Summer has officially arrived, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome these incredible musicians to the farm this week.
ad The Mojo Birds bring together a funky flock of artists from across the U.S. and around the world, crafting a groove-first sound that’s rootsy, soulful, and infused with Afro-Peruvian spice. Built for celebration and joy, their music pulls you in fast and keeps you moving.

Fresh harvests, long days, warm nights, and a summer soundtrack that brings people together. This is the season we’ve been waiting for.

We want to give a warm welcome to our 2026 seasonal Chef at Fable Farm, Dora McFadden!

“I am a South Florida native who studied Global Culinary Studies and Hospitality at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. After graduating, I spent 10 years in Chicago working alongside Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-winning chefs, shaping my approach to food and service.

Three years ago, I moved to Orlando to broaden my focus within hospitality. Since then, I’ve worked in a farm-to-table restaurant while growing my private chef business, hosting supper clubs, and pop-ups.

I’m passionate about learning, evolving, and creating meaningful guest experiences, and I’m excited to bring that energy to Fable Farm!!”

Come and get a taste of what Dora has to offer this summer and fall at Feast & Field Thursdays, Tasting Room Saturdays, and select events through October!

Spring is a time of renewal at Fable. After the long winter, we are deep in the rush of prepping the fields, planning the season’s vegetables, gathering our culinary team, and readying every corner of the farm for visitors to return.

When Fable Farm began in 2008 as a CSA, the vision was simple: to build something rooted in reciprocity between farm and community. That spirit still guides us. Today, Feast & Field is more than a summer gathering series; it is the economic backbone of our farm, sustaining this work while creating a place for community to gather, eat, and connect.

This year, along with season passes, we are introducing Community Supported Dining Shares to help seed the season ahead. By prepaying for your summer meals and drinks, you provide the stability we need to grow with intention. Whether you choose a Family, Date Night, or Solo share, your credit acts as a running tab for food, drinks at the bar, and take-home bottles all summer long.

Whether you join us on Thursday evenings or join the wine club, your participation helps keep this land, this work, and this vision in motion.

Secure your Dining Share or purchase your season pass using the link in our bio. We can’t wait to see you in the orchard!

Give the gift of gathering. Our story began 18 years ago with a simple veggie CSA pickup—a small circle of neighbors coming together. Since then, that circle has widened and flourished into weekly happenings, farm dinners, living elixirs, and, most importantly, a vibrant community we’re grateful to be a part of. As you search for the perfect gift—whether for a friend or for yourself—consider a Fable gift card. It’s an invitation to experience any of our in-person events: Rummy Sessions, our tasting room, or our signature summertime Feast & Field.

Your support means more than you know. It carries our small agrarian project through the quiet winter months and helps us to be able to continue cultivating the land and our craft.

Our farm is, at its heart, a place to gather. We welcome private events in our 275-year-old restored barn or the cozy, fire-lit Hearth Room. From rehearsal dinners and birthday celebrations to company retreats, our spaces are designed to hold your people with warmth and intention—offering nourishment from the foods grown right here in this valley. To purchase a Fable gift card please use the link in our bio.

With deep gratitude and many blessings.
