Sometimes when we go by the library to the Creativity Cupboard to add art supplies, we find that donors have confused it with the blessings boxes intended for food items. Check out locations for food donations, please. (Note that our graphic was created before the Cupboard was relocated at the Nelson Co. Public Library.)

Behind the scenes… Volunteers test, sharpen and package used donations to offer in the Creativity Cupboard. We love offering donations in a fun appealing way that hopefully inspires and brings joy! Our goal is to ! Please consider joining us by checking the Cupboard often. Maybe pulling things out that are not art/craft related and relocating those items to one of the four Blessing Boxes in town. Or maybe by adding extra supplies that you have at home that could be another’s treasure?!

Volunteer Opportunity: Creativity Cupboard Filler! Following the relocation from the Gallery to the Nelson County Public Library parking lot, our sorting, packaging, and storage process has undergone adjustments. Mary and Ingrid are now managing these tasks from their personal spaces and would greatly benefit from a volunteer to help deliver donated items and art kits to the Cupboard, arrange them attractively, and capture a photo for potential use on the page.
