Exciting things are happening at Magical Theatre Company!

Construction has begun at 563 W. Tuscarawas Ave. for our new education space! Soon, we will be able to offer seasonal classes, utilize an auxiliary rehearsal space that allows greater flexibility in our theatre for special events, and move into a new office where all of the behind-the-scenes magic happens!

We are thrilled to be able to leverage this space to serve our community and spark the imaginations of young people all across Northeast Ohio.

Great Big Acting Camp: Akron has been having a blast! 🎭

From theatre games and scene work to new friendships and lots of laughter, our campers have been building confidence, creativity, and performance skills all week long.

Introducing Little K.I.D. Camp, a brand-new theatre experience for ages 5–6! Inspired by everything families love about our K.I.D. Camp, this special week is tailored to younger children and focuses on music, movement, creative dramatics, imagination, and fun.

🎶 We’re excited to be part of the 2026 Magic City Arts & Music Festival presented by Main Street Barberton!

The festival takes place in downtown Barberton and around the lake on June 13th from 2pm-9pm. It’s going to be an incredible day celebrating arts, music, and community in downtown Barberton. We hope to see you there! 🎨🎵

Dragons Love Tacos brought so much laughter, joy, and taco-filled chaos to our stage, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to close out the season. 🌮🐉
