Today, the world lost a true legend, storyteller, and trailblazer: Dolly Parton. 🤍🌹

​As we begin rehearsals for 9 to 5: The Musical, we do so with deep gratitude for the music, humor, and heart she gave to the world. Her spirit built this show, and while we wish she didn't have to leave us, we are honored to bring her work to our stage and have this opportunity to celebrate her legacy.
​We dedicate this production to Dolly and promise to give it everything we’ve got this November.

⏰ Tonight's Times:

Women: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Men: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

📍 Where: BTG HQ (Baraboo Arts Center, back entrance off East St.)
🎶 Details: Open to incoming HS freshmen–adults. No prepared song required—just arrive 10-15 mins early and vocally warmed up! 🎭✨

It's audition week for 9 to 5: The Musical! ⏰✨ Here is the essential info you need to know before heading over:

📍 Where: BTG Headquarters inside the Baraboo Arts Center (entrance off East St. in the back of the building).

👥 Who: Open to incoming high school freshmen (Fall 2026) through adults.

🎶 Preparation: No prepared song or memorization needed! Materials will be provided. Please arrive vocally warmed up, 10–15 minutes early to check in, and ready to list any schedule conflicts starting late August.

This weekend is all that's standing between us and auditions for 9 to 5 the musical!
⬇ Here's what you need to know ⬇


WHEN:
📅Monday, August 17
-Women 6-7pm
-Men 7-8pm
📅Tuesday, August 18
-Men 6-7pm
-Women 7-8pm
📅Thursday, August 20
-Women 6-7pm
-Men 7-8pm

WHERE: Audition Location: BTG Headquarters (in the Baraboo Arts Center)
***Entrance in the back of the building off East St.

WHO: Auditions are open high school freshman (as of Fall 2026) through adults

HOW TO PREPARE: Audition materials will be provided, no prepared song is necessary! All auditionees will learn one or two vocal selections from 9 to 5: The Musical during the audition, so please arrive vocally warmed up to help keep the process moving efficiently.

After everyone has completed the vocal portion of the audition, a few actors may be asked to stay and read a snippet from the script. Sides will be provided—no memorization is necessary.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and be ready to provide any schedule conflicts starting in late August.
