Have you been hoping for and patiently waiting to see a quality movie this summer while we satisfied the masses with superheroes and animated sequels? You are currently missing what Chris says is one of the best movies of the year, certainly the best movie of the summer, in THE RIVALS OF AMZIAH KING (R). Despite the unwieldy title, it's got characters that you care about, an interesting and well-written story, a killer soundtrack, all in all a really entertaining film that will be departing our cinema after Thursday. So there are a couple of more nights to catch it and we strongly encourage you to try to find the time. You will not be disappointed! See you soon!

Kristen Nelson is an American printmaker who divides her time between Italy and Mount Desert Island. Her work consists primarily of Aquatint etchings that explore belonging and the feeling of nostalgia which is depicted through the interplay between light and shadow. The ocean and ever-changing landscape around Acadia National Park influence her prints. By illuminating the journey towards belonging, Kristen’s artwork represents a desire to find connection amidst distance. Both the metaphorical and literal distance between a subject and the environment around them.
