Let's get ready for Spring! Join my upcoming workshop at the Watauga Arts Council in Boone, NC: Design & Paint a Barn Quilt. Not just for barns, you will be able to display your custom artwork both outdoors and indoors. Standard workshop size is 2x2, but with advance registration and depending on availability, 3x3 and 4x4 barn quilts may also be available. Cost for the 2x2 barn quilt is $135 and includes all supplies. Space is limited; learn more and register at the link below.

Students will draw and paint a barn quilt (using a sponge dabbing technique that provides smooth and brilliant results) on a light and durable 2x2 foot aluminum composite board.

If you are in downtown Banner Elk, swing by the Town Hall and see my Blue Ridge Spruce original 4x4 barn quilt design. I've donated it to the Town and you can find it on the backside of the building facing the Tate-Evans Town Park, Thank you to the kind folks in the Town's maintenance department for volunteering to add the beautiful handmade frame!
