Bangor State Fair is a recreational gathering of the population of the Greater Bangor Area and the entire state of Maine that lasts for 4 days at Bass Park – the land encompassing Cross Insurance Center. The Bangor State Fair typically draws between 60,000 and 70,000 people a year and dates at least as far back as 1883.

The 2026 Bangor State Fair presented by Marden's wraps up today 😭

The Agriculture and Exhibit Hall are now open, and the Midway opens at 12:00pm.

Some highlights for the final day include:
⭐ Flippen Out Trampoline shows at 12pm, 2pm, and 5pm
🤼 NAWA Wrestling shows at 1pm, 3pm, and 6pm
🎶 Live music in our Food & Beverage tent by Riff Johnson at 3pm and Julia Haven (Gagnon) at 7pm
🌭 Hot Dog Eating Contest at 5:30pm sponsored by WA Bean (enter the competition at Guest Services Booth on the Midway by the Racetrack Grandstand)

We are proud to have Kate Fogler as the Bangor State Fair’s Women in Agriculture Regional Representative!

Women play an incredible role in agriculture—working on farms, raising livestock, growing food, managing businesses, educating the next generation, and helping keep our agricultural communities strong.

🥵 Hot Wing Eating Competition at 5:30pm (enter the competition at Guest Services Booth on the Midway by the Racetrack Grandstand)

Happy Friday! The 2026 Bangor State Fair presented by Marden's Continues!

The Agriculture and Exhibit Hall is now open, and the Midway opens at 4:00pm.

🎶 Tonight we've got the classic rock band The Marshall Tucker Band performing at the Grandstand! Tickets to get into the grandstand for the concert are $25 per person. You will also need to purchase admission to the fair, which is $15.
