One of the things I've always dreamed about for Big Sky Farm is creating opportunities for people to gather, learn, move, and heal together. Excited to finally begin bringing that vision to life. 🌿
Something new is coming to Big Sky Farm this summer. 🌿
Beginning in July, Hope Holistics will be offering outdoor Tai Chi classes in partnership with Adam Conley, a highly experienced Tai Chi instructor from Grand Rapids. As a recipient of the Black Sash, he brings years of training, knowledge, and dedication to the practice.
Tai Chi is often described as "meditation in motion," but it is so much more than that. Through slow, intentional movement, Tai Chi can help improve balance, coordination, flexibility, joint mobility, posture, body awareness, strength, and overall well-being. It is also a wonderful practice for reducing stress, calming the nervous system, and reconnecting with your body.
One of the things I love most about Tai Chi is that it is truly for everyone. Whether you're 25 or 85, highly athletic or just beginning your wellness journey, Tai Chi can be adapted to meet you where you are.
Classes will be held outdoors at Big Sky Farm and are designed to be welcoming, beginner-friendly, and accessible to adults of all experience levels.
Our first introductory class will be offered free of charge on Sunday, July 12th at 4:30 PM, with additional class details and registration information coming soon.
I am incredibly excited to bring this opportunity to our community and can't wait to share more with you in the coming weeks.
