Everyman Theatre’s 36th season will soon be here. Have you secured tickets yet to all the shows you’re planning to come see?

Today, we’re excited to introduce you to the fifth play in our 2026/2027 season, a gripping psychological drama inspired by true events: AGNES OF GOD!

John Pielmeier’s Agnes of God explores the volatile intersection of faith, science, and moral conviction, as it takes audiences inside a secluded convent for a harrowing story of a determined psychiatrist who investigates the mysterious birth and death of a young nun’s child.

Faith. Science. Moral conviction. Where does the truth lie???

In Everyman’s production, Resident Company Members Hannah Kelly (as Agnes), Deborah Hazlett (as Mother Miriam Ruth), and Beth Hylton (as Dr. Martha Livingstone) make up the cast in this story of suspense and revelation that you won’t want to miss. Get your tickets today!

At Everyman Theatre, our work extends far beyond the stage. Through accessible ticketing, education programs, school partnerships, and collaborations with organizations throughout Baltimore, we strive to make meaningful connections and ensure great theatre is available to everyone.

None of this would be possible without our artists, audiences, community partners, donors, and supporters. Thank you for helping us create a place where stories bring people together.

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!

AN IMPROV WORKSHOP FOR UNCERTAIN TIMES with Resident Company Member Bruce Randolph Nelson

Improv isn’t about being funny—it’s about being present. This three-hour beginner session uses core improv principles like “Yes, and” deep listening, and collaboration to build compassion, openness, and resilience. Through playful, low-pressure exercises, participants learn to respond instead of react, support instead of control, and stay curious instead of defensive. These skills transfer directly to everyday life—relationships, work, creativity, and leadership. You’ll leave feeling energized and connected. No experience required—just a willingness to show up and say yes.

Happy Birthday, Baltimore!

It has been truly special watching our new Artistic Director, Brandon Weinbrenner, make Baltimore his home over the past year. From farmers markets to arts and cultural institutions, we’re getting to rediscover the city through his eyes, and boy, what a great reminder of how AMAZING Baltimore is!

Whether you are native to Baltimore or just arrived, we are glad you are part of this beautiful city! There’s so much to discover, celebrate, and love about the place we call home!
