It is with heavy heart that we share the obituary of an astounding musician and composer, Stanley Cowell and offer our condolences to his wife, Sylvia, and daughter, Sunny.

We were so honored to perform his "Asian Art Suite" in December 2018 with him on the Steinway as our guest artist. He will be missed by so many in the music community and beyond.

His playing consolidated generations of musical history. He was also a composer, an educator and the founder of an important artist-run record label.

Our third film for Satanic Shorts: Halloween At Home is George Méliès's 1899 silent film The Devil in a Convent.

The score is a collaboration between two composer brothers, Joshua Bornfield, Composer and Jeremiah Bornfield! Josh recorded himself singing and playing all kinds of instruments available in his Baltimore home. Up in NYC, Jeremiah was responsible for all the creative mixing freedoms. Cool, huh?
