I feel like I am constantly being told that I can’t focus on something with distractions, and that my focus will be stronger if I do one thing at a time. Overtime I found that this isn’t necessarily the case for everyone or in all scenarios. I found that my focus drifts less in class during lectures or discussions while I’m sketching or drawing something, so I’ve been keeping up with this practice over the past 2 years. This was a drawing I made as a birthday gift for a special friend of mine, and most of the work was done during class time over the course of two (or so) weeks!

this is a poster design to promote a [fictional] event. reflected in the poster is a study of the contrast/harmony techniques of distortion/realism.
