I’ve been digging my way out of the cold winter haze to start building up the inventory for shows this year. It’s hard to find motivation sometimes, amirite??
One way is to make new fun things! Of course, gotta keep the staples, mugs and such, but also been using new textures and decals. Playing with splattering glazes, inspired by Ralph Steadman, and creating some cute little sconces for candles. Because who doesn’t need a little light in their life!? Just writing about them is making me excited and motivated! Time to work hard and get dirty!! 🔥 🔥 🔥

It’s that time of year again! Towson Pottery and other types of Art Sale this weekend!
Friday 12/5 from 3pm-9pm and Saturday 9am-5pm at the Center for the Arts Building. Do some holiday gift shopping, come find something to hold onto for an upcoming birthday, or get a lil some some for yourself! Shop local! Buy handmade! Support your local artists!!

Some wood fired planter sets from the Baltimore Clayworks wood kiln! Mostly naked, just kissed by fire. The glazed one is Old Ape, my favorite!
I love the randomness of the wood kiln. It’s better when everything doesn’t look exactly the same!

It was a long windy weekend at Howard County crafts! Thank you to all the friends and family that came out each day to support us. Old friends, new friends, immediate family, extended family, we are so thankful for all of you 🥰 Another great show in the books. Time to make more stuff!! 🍂 ☀️ 🌬️

Coming up soon! Going to be set up with DRT Artworks for this gigantic holiday craft show at the Howard County Fairgrounds. Starting Halloween! Friday 10/31, and Saturday 11/1 from 9-5, and Sunday 11/2 from 9-4. Shop local and shop handmade for the holidays!!
