Still Bones
One step forward, two steps back. That idiom is the frustrated heart of Baltimore band Still Bones’ new EP , Start/Stop, a breakneck, hyper smash of bleeding-heart guitar music that sprints between the deep-feeling spirit of emo and the rage and raw clang of punk. The three songs on Start/Stop expand and explore a feeling that appears to be one of the defining sentiments of the 2020s: sheepish, shrugging, embittered, defiant hope, even in the face of the backslide that seems to accompany every move we make toward a more just future.

Ahmed Warshanna
Ahmed Warshanna is a Baltimore-based guitarist, composer, and bandleader known for his vivid, impressionistic approach to modern jazz. He leads the genre-defying sextet Ishta! and also performs with his trio, creating immersive performances that blend deep jazz tradition with cinematic, exploratory sound. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Jazz Guitar at the Peabody Conservatory.

Pangelica
Pangelica is a performance, DJ, sound artist, and curator based in Baltimore, MD. A sonic shape-shifter, she specializes in hyper-romantic synthesizers and deconstructed club music.

dominique diglio
Dominique Diglo is a lo-fi singer/songwriter based in Baltimore. After spending 4 years in the Philadelphia music scene, her 2021 arrival coincided with the release of her first solo album “Songs for Tāra”; a mix of electronic instrumentals, tape based recordings, distorted melodies and soft acoustic ballads. Along with her group DLI, she is expected to release her second solo effort sometime in 2026

Daoure Diongue
Rooted in African diasporic approaches and raised in the traditions of jazz and experimental music, multi-instrumentalist and sound essayist Daoure Diongue explores identity and memory through ancestral connection. Drawing on his musical educa

Save the date for the 2026 Abell Community Street Fair!
🚀
With Abell Avenue’s brightly-painted rowhouses as a backdrop, the Street Fair features live music, great food, local artisan vendors, a silent auction, and kids’ activities. Our annual Street Fair is an opportunity for our community to reconnect, relax and be reminded of what makes Abell one of Charm City’s most charming spots. The Abell Community Street Fair is an annual grassroots tradition that has brought neighbors together for a fun, free outdoor festival since 1973.
