Amazon make it make sense!

for some reason, my notes that I had in my phone got deleted for my business🥲🥲 so now I don’t have any passcodes. I have multiple email addresses many I don't use or have access them anymore.

I have a Amazon business account that I’m trying to order some supplies. I understand about protection, but damn. no information about my business tax ID number nothing about my company on file, show how important we are to them.

y’all asking me for the email address. 

I don’t have access to the email to get the confirmation. 🙋🏾‍♀️who can help me change this email to get in my business account. Amazon.com

I called them been on the phone for two hours trying to access my business account. Someone hung up on me😩 unacceptable. They gonna give me this number to call. 1-800.380.5520 for Tf what? I’ll take my business somewhere else not going through all this s**t.  still can't getting in my company account with Amazon to order supplies and y’all telling me people ain’t stopping us. BS.
