Thankfulness is what I feel today. It's a feeling. The thing about feelings is, they're not facts, and they are prone to fluctuate and change at intervals. So I practice gratitude. Gratitude, on the other hand, at least for me, is an action word.

I am so thankful for a million things. My being here is miraculous, I believe. So I practice gratitude.
