Our photo booths are modern, sleek and are made out of white panels which fit with any décor. We always arrive early to the event and set up with plenty of time to spare. Our attendants are knowledgeable, upbeat, friendly, and have fun assisting guests with the photo booth. We take every step possible to ensure that your photo booth experience is everything you expected and more.

Eposide 5 -- What happens if something goes wrong?

It's a question every client wants to ask but doesn't always feel comfortable asking.

What happens if something goes wrong at my event?

Honest answer: technology is unpredictable. No matter how prepared you are — and we come very prepared — things can happen. A printer can jam. Software can crash. Lighting can shift.

What we don't do is panic. We assess the situation calmly, problem solve, and get back up and running. Most issues we've encountered have been resolved in ten to fifteen minutes. We then go back into the room and personally find the guests who were standing in line to let them know the booth is back — because they deserve their moment too.

That's what showing up professionally looks like.
