Every year I can’t help but immerse myself into the documentary’s, finding new interviews, seeing old news coverage, hearing the stories. I was 16 and in high school. Watching the TV live in my classroom as the second plan hit, the buildings fell, the silence and horror on people’s faces.. For weeks I couldn’t stop watching the coverage on it and thinking about it. The world changed forever after that and I don’t think I was ever the same even though I didn’t have anyone directly affected by that day. It’s probably my biggest core memory. Feel free to share you story in the comments.

Never forget how we felt that day and how we felt togetherness in the days after. We need a reminder of that these days. 🇺🇸🗽
