Face Painting & Balloon Twisting By Dina Dina the Clown is dedicated to the art of clowning and bringing joy and happiness to everyone. Dina the Clown has been clowning around town since 1991.

It all started when she could not find an African American female clown to perform at her children’s birthday parties. So she started performing at parties for her friends and family and her popularity really caught on. Then she took it a step further by going to Professional Clown School and she started her business, Clowns of Color International. Dina the Clown has been performing for over 22 ye

ars now. Her company provides a wide range of services such as face painting, balloon sculpturing, magic, music, dancing, games, and storytelling. Her mission is to create long lasting memories of therapeutic interaction among individuals through fun and invigorating group play. Dina the Clown uses the “Learn While You Play” model when performing because she believes that learning is more interesting when you are having fun. She has performed at numerous schools, company picnics, community events, malls, and festivals. She is an educator who taught in the Baltimore City Public School System for 10 years as a Special Education Teacher. She also has a Masters of Education Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.
