The Variations Project was born in Baltimore in 2005, as a spontaneous production of original ten-minute plays by Run of the Mill Theater. The theme was DESIRE, and the show was such a success that we decided to make The Variations Project an annual event. In ensuing years, we've produced -- in a variety of venues, including Theatre Project, MICA, the LOF/t, Arena Players, and Motor House -- Varia

tions on Fear (Best Production 2006, City Paper), Justice, Power, Hope, Beauty, Chaos, Time, Secrets, Flight, Family, Blame, Magic, Sacrifice, Myth, Vision, Holidays, and Change.
