So she has another hidden gem who her Uncle Cade so graciously handed to her when Sassy was on three legs. We will always always share that and be grateful.
She has done almost all the work by herself we convinced her everyone needs help and as he started trying to be a barrel horse and not just babysit she said ok but not much help lol
This little horse has her heart. And this sport is not all peaches and creams. Mores losses then wins. We had struggled with him just getting ahead of her but we made some adjustments over time not overnight quick fixes and she conquered it last night and they ran a 15.0 open 1d time and Youth!
Be patient with your children. The kids they all can’t take the coachings I got 🤣 but we coach and love and want the very best for them and the best horse for them.
The scream is always the best I think she screamed twice last night coming out on Kat and Terrell lol
The little cow horse is coming and he coming. It didn’t happen over night but Thank You uncle Cade for your giving heart and just saying here he will take care of her and it’s been a love relationship between these two since then. She only got mad at him in one run 🙈
A lot of emotions, a lot of work, trial and error but when you know horses and you know one has it you stay with it and work it out
I said all that to say this. The kids are special they need real coaching and. Positivity and constructive criticism when needed.
