I dont debate whether Microblading is BETTER than Microshading - I understand that they are BOTH valuable techniques that can create BEAUTIFUL results for the right person by the right Artist.💯
I teach my students to design brows for the following:
✔️personal style
✔️lifestyle
✔️goals
✔️preferences
I FIRMLY believe that if a particular technique is better suited that you CANNOT perform 100% REFER them to someone else. 💯
There are MANY talented Artists with beautifully healed results that have Mastered techniques. it does NOT make you a LESSER Artist to refer to your Colleague.
This is why it's important to have Colleagues, build community and have conversations that expand your circle.
In addition to Microblading being an ADVANCED technique, its not also the panacea of a healthy Cosmetic Tattoo business. It is much more prudent to build your practice on machine based techniques.
Alot of Consumers dont notice the difference, they just know what they like. It's your role to unpack it for them.
