Kyle Carter is more than a businessman. For me and my family, he has been a role model and a father figure. We have watched him all of our lives pour out love and affection on his family and friends while never forgetting his obligation to those most in need in our community. What many don't know about our Uncle Kyle is that he genuinely cares about the people of Bakersfield and wears his heart on his sleeve.
