After almost a year I have finally finished my 3D Printed Bolt Rifle. This thing was so much fun to build and paint. It was a huge challenge in so many ways.

of Cypher in anticipation for Lion El’Johnson First time doing any sort of painted backdrop. Airbrushes make space easy to paint. Overall i am pretty happy with this and learned quite a bit.

I quick single model paint up. I really love the organic look of the plinths I have seen done by people like .miniatureart so I tried my hand at it. I definetly will carve more out next time, but I have plenty more to practice with.

This concept has been bouncing around in my head for a while now. I imagine the gaunt may have bitten off more than they can chew with a lord of change. I also like the absurdity of the giant monster coming out of a tiny portal. I am really looking forward to more dioramas.

I sold my Tzeench army recently and the one model I miss the most of this Lord of Change. It was such a fun model to build and paint and the posing always caught my opponent’s imagination. I hope whoever bought it has many epic battles with it.

The first edition of is a Custodes Guard that I painted in 2019 for a local painting contest. I didn’t really understand contrast as much with metallics back then so while I added some color to the shoulder and changes the color of the hair I mostly just increased the contrast of the model as a whole. Lots of highlighting to the armor. Custodes was my first army so it was fun to go back to these early models.

My local game store had a painting contest with the subject being flying models. After this contest they put in place a maximum height for entries 😅. The smoke trail is clump foliage with a wire armiger and lead fishing weights on the base for stability. At the time this was technically a legal base sized model.

Octavius on of the amazing resin busts from such an amazing sculpt and super fun to paint. I learned so much from this project.

bust I painted in anticipation of the box set. 3D printed bust with a partially 3D/sculpted/hand made base. I learned so much about how to paint leather with this model. The variations and wear of old leather offers opportunities for so much texture.

Sabine Wren from the on her shoulder was pretty challenging at this scale but I am happy with the results.
