I cannot help but say how proud I am to have gotten my building at 1820 Main Street, in historic Baker City Downtown, to its’ current rentable condition. It was very rough when I bought it in 2020.

Word has it by personal encounter that Jose & Crew, (JM Precision LLC), will continue spreading their hard working magic at 1820 Main Street in the morning to get her complete through rough in before I depart for Alaska 5/15/23. Gracias!

La Part du Lion is happy to report that the rough in plumbing and electrical are complete at 1820 Main St, and that One Call from La Grande is currently finishing the insulation for the building.
