We are celebrating the GOLD RUSH in the mountains west of Denver - the annual turning of the aspen leaves to gold.
Plan a day to tour the high country in September and October and visit the gallery for some exceptional photography of this spectacular display.

Event cancelled :(

March brings a celebration of artists that are new to the gallery. In the previous six months, we have been fortunate to have a number of outstanding artists join the gallery. These include Ceramic Artist Jane Ericson, Metalsmith Michelle Pujol, Painters Elaine Gosnell, Debra Grimm, Amy Marsh and Wood turning and carving artists Susan Jarecky and Steve Cipolla. We will have a public reception on Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 3 - 6 PM at the gallery. We will also celebrate St. Patrick's Day! Please join us for refreshments and the chance to meet the artists. Free and open to all! Please join us!

February is for lovers! Please join us for our Valentine's Day Reception on Saturday, February 8 from 3 - 6 PM at the gallery. Find the perfect gift for the one you love! We will serve refreshments and this is a free event open to the public. Please join us! Valentine's Day is February 14!

As we head into the holiday season, the gallery has a number of events to offer. November 1 - 9 is DENVER ARTS WEEK, a celebration of the vibrant arts and cultural scene in Denver and surrounding areas. THE GALLERY WILL OFFER A GIFT WITH EVERY PURCHASE during Denver Arts Week!

On Sunday, November 24, we celebrate the season with our ANNUAL HOLIDAY PARTY at the gallery from 3 - 6 PM. We serve an Italian menu and the public is invited to join us for this free event.

The Cultural Council of Park County and River Canyon Gallery are sponsoring a Community Art Day on Sunday, September 22. We will have artist demonstration and opportunities for guests to lean about and try different techniques in art and craft at the Community Park. We envision a low-key event drawing our local community members and leaf peeper.

This is an invitation to all creative businesses in Bailey and Shawnee to participate. We are currently in the planning stages on promotion and signage for this event.
