So the service dog thing has become an issue at bars. Unfortunately for $75 anyone can have their pet registered as a service animal. Being a bar owner we have to consider the safety of a lot of people. If your service animal has not been fully and professionally trained than we can not accept your pet around so many strangers. It doesn’t make us mean non loving pet owners. It makes us responsible bar owners. I have never been rude about it but Katie’s bar will stick to this decision for the safety of our customers
