🎉 A New Light Shines! 🎭

We are thrilled to announce that El Imperio de la Luz – The Empire of Light is coming to life once again—this time as the 2025 production of the Bloomington Opera Camp™ by Performing Arts Laboratory! 🌟

Yesterday, the full cast met for the first time, kicking off rehearsals with energy, creativity, and excitement. We couldn’t be happier to see this opera embraced by such a passionate and diverse group of artists. Voices, movement, instruments, and design are already weaving together in true collaborative spirit.

This Opera Camp™ – PAL Production is fulfilling a powerful mission: making opera accessible for EVERYONE. We’re honored that our work is part of that vision.

We can't wait to see what this new generation of artists creates on stage. 🎶✨
