Got through “E” of the N64 collection as well as all the other trades that came in over the past two days.
4th day in a row I’ve been told the card processing is fixed, but yet still no deposits. Therefore, we will remain CASH ONLY through the weekend. These people won’t see a dime from me until they pay me what’s already mine.

We’re still on cash only sales as the processing company still hasn’t resolved their mess up and is holding my money. At this rate, I may end up going 100% cash only just to not have to deal with these clowns.

Due to continued problems with the payment processors, we will sadly have to move to CASH ONLY transactions. I do not have a timeline when it will be fixed as it was supposed to have been 3 days in a row. Store credit payments are unaffected by this.

Day 1 of the new POS was a success. A few learning curve hiccups, but overall it's making our job easier which will ultimately get products out quicker and available to you. Bonus news, they did disable the ID requirement for us on trades. The handful of folks that did submit your info early in the day, rest assured only your name and phone number are left in the system. Thanks to all for the love and support!

Here’s the trades we’ve been holding on to until the new system was live! Pink highlights on price means missing manual.

New changes with the new system also include us asking for name and phone number at checkout. This is for loyalty points only that can be cashed in after accumulation for dollars off. Also, during trades, we will be asking name and phone number as well, even if for cash transactions. Drivers license or state id will be asked for during your first transaction with us.

Finally, all credit card purchases will have a 3% fee added to the total of the transaction. This does not include debit card transactions. To be 100% safe, you can always pay with cash! 😉 Feel free to ask me or any of the staff any questions you might have! I also ask that you please have some patience in the early goings as we are still learning the ins and outs of this new system. Can’t wait to see you all starting Friday!
