I was interviewed on Korean TV today. They had a traditional Korean cultural performance on the beach and selected people to join in then selected a few people to be interviewed. I only agreed to be polite 😳.
It’s a blessing and a joy to be here. *After all, wasn’t I the Cultural Arts Coordinator in both of my schools as a teacher then administrator.

Eating my way through Hong Kong and South Korea. Tastes as good as it looks. The teapot and bowl are for washing your utensils and dishwater prior to eating. Lots of healthy options in both countries. Tried Bulgogi beef soup, Korean BBQ and hot grapefruit tea! Yum
