If you’ve ever taken her class, you know she is going to wear you down just to build you up stronger than before. And that is exactly why our dancers grow so much under her guidance.

Miss Sheila is passionate about pushing every dancer to be their very best. She demands clean technique, strong fundamentals, and full effort every single time. As an incredible baton twirler and technician, she brings a level of precision and excellence that challenges our dancers to rise higher.

Flip Into Spring was a success 🌸

These dancers put in the work and it showed. From stronger technique to growing confidence, we saw huge progress in aerials and back handspring variations and progressions all day long.

It takes courage to go upside down and even more to keep trying until it clicks. So proud of the focus, determination, and grit in every session.
