Magna Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Center For over 20 years, MagnaPT has been dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-focused physical therapy in the Farmington Valley.

With clinics in Avon (since 2005) and Canton (since 2020), we welcome more than 16,000 patient visits each year. Magna Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Center is a privately owned orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation facility. Although physical therapy is our core offering, we understand the importance of physical fitness and wellness programs for everyone in our community– both young a
