A life, told in five-inch squares.

Since 2013, Julian Kerr has been building Babies, an evolving archive of more than 1,100 individually numbered works. Born from a lifelong practice of journaling, each piece holds a moment in time: a material found, a gesture repeated, an idea transformed.

Made from paint, paper, wood, and remnants of the studio, the works stand alone and come together in installations that can continually change. As they enter collections, their stories continue beyond the studio.

Presenting an artist’s work requires an understanding of what makes it distinctive.

At OR STUDIO, I take the time to study each artist’s practice: the ideas that sustain it, the decisions that shape it, and the details a passing glance might overlook.

That understanding informs every choice, from the selection and placement of works to the language used to introduce them. A considered presentation gives collectors the context to look more closely and engage more deeply.

I want each artist to recognize the integrity of their practice in the way it is presented, and each collector to understand what sets that work apart.

Introduce your art during Miami Art Week 2026 through the Collector’s Edit of OR STUDIO EDITORIAL, our print and digital magazine dedicated to art, culture and inspiration.

This curated section presents available artworks for collectors to discover and acquire. Each placement includes an image of your work, its description, your name, and your preferred contact details so interested collectors can reach you directly. Display your artwork’s price or choose “Price upon request.”

An opportunity to gain visibility and connect with potential buyers during Miami Art Week—even if you’re not exhibiting in person.

Limited to four spots, with one artwork per artist. Paid placements are available at a preferred rate.

What does the mind reveal when anatomy becomes metaphor?

In her I. A.M. series, Michelle Sherman transforms skulls and brains into landscapes of thought, memory, and emotion. Informed by hypnotherapy and meditative states, her paintings explore the space between intellect and intuition, and the ways pain can change shape.

For AQUA Art Miami, OR STUDIO will present the series in a dedicated section. Visitors will be able to meet Michelle in person and discover the psychology behind the paintings through a conversation with the artist herself.
