🍏 Apple Tartlets — a cozy homemade treat! 🧁
If you love homemade pastries but don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen — this recipe is for you! Light, easy to make, and filled with tender apple goodness — these apple tartlets will win you over from the first bite 💚
📝 Ingredients (makes 10 tartlets):
For the dough:
150 g butter
100 g sugar
1 egg
250 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
For the filling:
3 medium apples
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice
🔪 Directions:
Beat the butter with sugar, add the egg, then mix in flour, baking powder, and salt. Knead into a soft dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel and dice the apples, mix with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
Roll out the dough, cut out circles, and press them into muffin molds.
Fill each shell with the apple mixture.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
