In case you missed it our Varsity team scored First place at Regional Championships and our JV team took second in Middle School. Miss Abby Boggs was also selected as Avella's 2026 TIA MARCHINGLINKS.COM OUTSTANDING PERFORMER-OF-THE-WEEK RECIPIENT.

The Sportsmanship Award is presented to a performer who consistently demonstrates outstanding character, respect, fairness, and integrity, both on and off the floor. This individual leads not only through talent, but through humility, teamwork, and a genuine respect for others in every situation.
This year, we are proud to recognize sophomore co-captain Emily Buel. They have shown maturity and leadership beyond their years. They lead by example, always encouraging their teammates, celebrating their successes, and lifting them up through challenges. Their positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to doing what is right makes them a role model within our group.
Whether in moments of victory or defeat, they carries themselves with grace and respect, representing our team with pride and integrity. Their ability to balance leadership with kindness and sportsmanship truly sets her apart.
It is with great pride that we present the Sportsmanship Award to Emily Buel.
