Meet our Judges!
Molly Archer, from Lebanon, Missouri lives and works on her family's diverse livestock operation in the Heart of Laclede County. Since Graduating from High School she has become the full time herd manager of Archer Dairy, her family's herd of Registered Brown Swiss. Additionally, she assists with the daily operations of their small Beef Cow/Calf herd and their Commercial Hair Sheep Flock.
Growing up she was heavily involved in showing all species of livestock, including Poultry, Sheep, Goats, Beef Cattle, & Dairy Cattle. She also enjoyed competing on Meats Judging and Livestock Judging teams throughout her 4-H career, although her true passion laid with Dairy Judging. During her time as a member of the 2022/2023 Missouri 4-H Dairy Judging Team she and her Teammates competed at three National Judging Contests, with the pinnacle of her youth career coming at World Dairy Expo in 2023, where the Missouri Team came out as the 1st place Reasons Team and 2nd High Team Overall. Individually, Molly was 5th in Oral Reasons and 6th Individual Overall, solidifying her spot as an All-American. As a result of their 2nd place finish at the National Contest, her Team was invited to compete Internationally at the Royal Highland Show in Scotland in the Summer of 2024 where she and her teammate Libby won best pair of the 4-H and FFA division.
In her free time she enjoys exhibiting her Cattle at Local, State, and National Shows and working on show strings for seasoned cattle breeders across the US.
