Getting really close. We have things up and running, making some test recordings which have been coming out really nice so far. From here it’s just a little troubleshooting, a little acoustic tweaking, and we should be in great shape!

It’s been quiet over here. Sorry about that. We have been moving into our new location and jumping the hurdles of construction. But, we got the room just ready enough to do Rock Camp. This is the first recording made in the new building! Cheers!

It’s been a blast making this epic prog rock album with The Aaron Clift Experiment. It’s got pretty songs and it’s got songs with teeth, cityscapes and politics. On to mixing this beast!

We finished recording our 4th album! Here I am pictured with string quartet guests (from left to right), Ellie (cello), Charles (violin 2), Jason (viola), and Zach (violin 1). Now on to mixing and mastering! I can't wait until you hear the new music!

We recently got to spend a few days working with Arielle on some guitar and vocal overdubs for her upcoming record, including this moment of mad sciencing with an Echoplex. Can confirm it’s going to be really good.

We had a blast hosting the inimitable Arielle the last few days as she finished up some guitar and vocal overdubs for her upcoming record. She works at light speed and is an absolute monster musician, not to mention a hilarious human being. Keep an eye out for this y’all. It’s gonna be great!

Hi lovely.

I'm in Austin working and completing this album we've been working months on.
And it's about to be done.

What's it like?
Well, it's about double the amount of time of the last album.
There are songs about the last few years.
The usual, unrequited love, being a nomad and perhaps a more mature expression of a few other things. (One can only hope)
Lots of guitar. Stronger songs. And perhaps, hungrier & more passionate performances.

Still done love in my analog ways.
I'll be sharing more soon. Keep your eyes and ears peeled.

We've been spending our quarantine downtime doing some remodeling. We are almost all put together with our new Wunder Audio console and Ocean Way monitors. It sounds mighty good in here!
