2025 Recap ❤️

Officially settled into Asheville.

Grateful for the people I work with, the waterfalls + green mountains, and visits from good friends.

Loved traveling to Austin, Cabo, and Kenya.

This year was about holding on through chaos and the unknown and landing in a place where I can build a new foundation of strength.

Working on self-doubt. Letting go of perfectionism and idealism.

Choosing self-love through self-discipline. One sort of steady step at a time.

My heart is open to 2026. I’m trusting the Universe completely and stepping forward with full faith in my path.

Love to you all who share this journey of life with me! You make my world go round!

Branding photos for the beautiful Ellen Meystedt, of Playful Minds Psychotherapy, specializing in play therapy for kids 3-12. It was the first I learned of this type of therapy and was super impressed. Ellen has the calmest tone and voice to hold space as well! If anyone has kids in need, she is wonderful.
