Who says meet cutes are only romantic?

Another Meet Cute at Kappy House, and we’re still thinking about all the people who walked through our doors, the conversations that started, and the new friendships that came out of it. 🥹

The whole reason we started hosting these events was to create more opportunities for people to connect in real life.

No pressure, no awkward expectations, just a room full of people who are open to meeting someone new and seeing where the conversation goes.

And watching that happen right here at Kappy House? It’s exactly what we hoped this little idea would turn into!

A little love for the brands that helped make Meet Cute 2.0 the absolute BEST time! 🪩

When we started dreaming up our second Meet Cute, we wanted it to be more than a night of meeting new people. We wanted everyone to have an experience worth talking about, with good food, great drinks, fun surprises, and a few extra goodies to take home!

Once you’ve picked the hat, played around with patches and landed on a combo you love, it comes back to us for the finishing touch: pressing everything into place ✨

And this is where we get to have a little fun with it too. 😉

We spend our days pressing the combinations you dreamed up, seeing what everyone chose and watching each hat take on a personality of its own. No two are ever quite the same, which makes pulling that press up to reveal the finished hat satisfying every single time!

Safe to say, making your ideas real is a pretty fun way to spend the workday Custom Swag + Pop-Up Events ATX

A little hat dump from the event at Austin Proper Hotel because these were too good not to get their own moment 🤠

The best part? Seeing just how different every hat turned out when everyone had the full Kappy lineup to make it their own!

And somehow, we always end the night wishing we made half of them for ourselves….

Kappy went Proper! Austin Proper Hotel 🥂

We brought a private Kappy patch bar to Austin Proper Hotel for ASCEND Retreat Renewal 2026 and had so much fun to bringing a little Kappy energy to the event.

A private patch bar turns event swag into part of the event itself!

Guests get to choose their hat, build out their patch combo + create something completely different from the person next to them. It’s interactive, personal and at the end of it, everyone leaves with a piece they made themselves and will want to wear again. 🤌🏻

Thank you ASCEND for having us be part of Retreat Renewal 2026! We loved bringing Kappy along for it.
