Early voting for the 2024 37th Street Mayoral Election starts TOMORROW! Five candidates are battling for leadership of the street and the race is already heating up.

Incumbent Zapp, a veteran of the street and beloved by all orange tabby, again faces challenger Junior, a stuffed honey badger from that seeks to increase the honey badger population on the street. New on the ballot this year is Benji Quinn, a vocal orange cat who has been quick to make herself known, Benji, the softer quiet indoor version of her sister Benji Quinn, and Prince, Bernie, and Tina, triplet black cats born on the street just a few months ago.

Will the newcomers deseat longtime comeowunity organizer Zapp? Is it finally Junior’s time to shine? It’s up to yall. Be sure to head over to The North Poll to cat your ballot this weekend!

37th street is a living street! This means that for the duration of the lights, there will be NO car traffic down the street. We’re working on a solution for handicapped parking-stay tuned!

Additionally, word on the street is the parking garage behind planet k, widely used by our guests for 7 years has started towing. We recommend parking on side streets like cedar and 34th street or get yet, take a ride share or public transportation! You can put 507 w. 37th street into the GPS.
