"When the city quiets down, the Capitol begins to glow."

The dome of the Texas State Capitol rises quietly into the deep colors of the Texas night.

In this piece, I was drawn to the balance between monumentality and atmosphere—the strength of the historic architecture contrasted with the softness of the night sky and surrounding landscape. The illuminated dome becomes a focal point, suggesting presence, history, and the many voices that shape this place.

And that’s a wrap! ✨
2025 was filled with new creations, meaningful collaborations with fellow artists and galleries, stepping out of my comfort zone, and participating in five art fests—simply being out there and showing up.

This year’s biggest lesson: showing up, sharing my work, and connecting truly matters.

I’m deeply grateful for every opportunity, conversation, and moment of growth. Thank you to everyone who supported me along this art journey.

Cheers to carrying this energy forward into the year ahead 🥂🎨
