And now for a little bit of our time at Ringside at Sullivans....which no longer exists! July 2010 - December 2010. It was always interesting to be on stage, elevated, with the bar curved in front of it, so while we sang we might have some percussion added when the bartenders would be 'mixing' the drinks in the shakers. And for part of our time at Sullivans, it was the ONLY time that Curtain Call had a cover charge - $5 - but they also provided us with a special $5 menu! So you could have a burger or small snacks for cheap!!
So many fabulous memories there... but so many more to come - when Sullivans decided they were going to tear down the Ringside for parking space, Bob was off to find the NEXT home for Curtain Call. That ended up being 219 West.... for about 2 months! BUT.... more on that soon!

**EDIT*** I inadvertently left off a very important person in the creation of Curtain Call! Jessica Romigh!! Jessica managed (somehow!) these two wild guys and was instrumental (see what I did there!) in the success of this event coming to fruition!!
We couldn't be more excited to be able to have you all back on stage with us! We'll be announcing our new home soon, but before we do that, let's look at how it all started!
In 2009, Robert Josef Cross, Dustin L. Struhall, and Jessica Romigh put their heads together and created Curtain Call Austin. It debuted at Rusty's on 7th Street in December of 2009.
Sadly, we only have TWO pictures of that night, so if by some chance anyone has any others, we'd love it if you would share with us!
